Enjoy a new way to shop IKEA. Order online and pick up at partner locations we call ‘Collection Points’. Big or small, take advantage of your local Collection Point.
Upon completion of your order, we will send you a notification confirming your order is ready for pickup. Orders will be held at your chosen location during the specified date and time window. If you do not collect your order within your selected window, you may need to rebook pickup for another time.
Remember, we're here to help. At IKEA, we value safe and inclusive environments for all. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any aggressive or disrespectful behaviour.
